We are looking for a forward-thinking Inpatient Unit Manager to join us on a 14-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate leader who has a keen eye for detail and places patients and their families at the heart of everything they do. The role combines operational leadership with clinical practice, supporting and inspiring our team to deliver holistic, high-quality, patient-centred palliative care. Working as part of the Inpatient Unit Senior Management Team, you will help foster a culture of excellence, lead and develop staff, and ensure our services reflect our CORE values.
