You will primarily be conducting viewings and assisting clients buying, selling and renting. You must be able to offer expert advice and negotiate offers to ensure smooth transactions for applicants, vendors and landlords. You will need to be an excellent communicator, passionate about customer service, building and maintaining relationships as well as being able to work as part of a team. You will also be required to demonstrate strong admin, diary and time management skills. A full UK driving license and use of your own vehicle is required. Good knowledge of the local area Winchmore Hill and surroundings is helpful. Competitive salary and excellent bonus structure offered for the right person.
