Gelli Printing for Christmas

Come along to a fun and festive art workshop with Art Educator Linda Wagstaffe where you will experiment with this creative and expressive technique, a form of monoprinting where each print is unique. You will have the opportunity to experiment with acrylic paints, collage and stencils using festive colours, shapes and imagery to create your own selection of individual designs for Christmas cards and decorations. Take your art home with you after the session - to keep for yourself or give as gifts. The workshop is an opportunity to play with the materials and see what happens – the beauty of monoprinting is in its spontaneity and the surprises that can happen along the way. No previous art or printmaking experience is needed. All materials are provided, just bring an apron as it can get messy! This workshop is suitable for ages 15+.
