5 Lani is the most incredible trainer!!! From the very start of my fitness journey, she’s been the absolute best thing that’s ever happened to me! Lani goes above and beyond for her clients, she tracked every aspect of my progress, keeping me accountable and guiding me with unmatched expertise. With weekly check ins, she left no room for me to fall back into unhealthy habits and constantly motivated me and helped me train around my cycle. I always felt in the safest of hands because her depth of knowledge of fitness is truly irreplaceable.
My training with her was incredibly fun and each session was perfectly tailored to my ability and goals (her personality also makes every session something to look forward to.) Every week, I felt myself growing stronger, happier and healthier.
I honestly could not have achieved my goals without her. Training with Lani was life changing and I would recommend her a thousand times over!!!! :)

Focus on Strength 5 I trained with Lani for 18 months, the initial focus was aimed at improving my running but it became so much more than that. Every week, this became time for me, away from emails and life and focused on every week getting stronger. I went from not being about to do a press up to smashing my form. Lani just nudged me forward each week, gentle encouragement to lift heavier and push myself a little more out of comfort zone. Lani has a very positive mindset but also listened when I perhaps had less energy and adjusted to my needs. I did reach the PBs I wanted in running but gained so much more over the time together. As life got busier, I also trained remotely with her online plans and coaching and absolutely would return to her again when the time is right. Lani is down to earth, a genuinely good person and brings an energy to every session that I feel enhances the experience and makes it unique ⭐️

Amazing trainer 5 Lani was absolutely fantastic in supporting me with training during pregnancy. She really took the time to get to know me, understanding when to gently push me and when to ease off. Her guidance went far beyond exercise—she gave me brilliant advice on nutrition, managing pelvic girdle pain, easing back and shoulder discomfort, and even simple exercises I could do at home. Thanks to her, I felt strong and supported throughout. All of this was packed into just one weekly session—such amazing value for money. I highly recommend her, and I’ll be a client for life!

Training with Lani 5 I’ve been trained by Lani James-Mufa and walk away every time feeling like I’ve made another step towards my goals. She doesn’t impose what she wants but what is right for her clients. Highly recommend ❤️
