Easter Family Fun Day at DAC
Celebrate the Easter holidays with a day full of colour, creativity and family entertainment as our much loved Family Fun Day returns to DAC, with crafts, film, music and Easter surprises designed to delight children of all ages.
Settle in for a big screen screening of Zootropolis 2, perfect for a cosy family moment together. Little makers can get creative at our Easter Basket Workshops, where theyβll design their own festive keepsake to take home. Keep an eye out for a very special guest too, the Easter Bunny will be hopping in for a meet and greet and photos throughout the afternoon!
The fun continues with lively dance workshops and a high energy Disco Finale to get everyone moving. Around the building youβll also find face painting, a free arts and crafts table, and plenty of Easter surprises waiting to be discovered.

Chickenshed: Easter Shed
A Week of Creativity, Friendship, and Fun!
Beginning on Monday morning children will be part of a group that will together come up with ideas, learn songs and make up dances, all in time for a special event for family and friends on the Thursday afternoon!
π§ Designed for ages 5-11 and in school years 1-6, Easter Shed is bursting with energy, led by Chickenshedβs brilliant team of professional theatre-makers. Whether they love singing, dancing, acting, or just having fun, every child has a place here.

Chickenshed: Easter Scratch
A creative and collaborative theatre project for 11-17 year olds (year 7-13) who are interested in sharing and developing a passion for writing, performance, movement and music.
Participants will be guided by Chickenshedβs Youth Theatre Directors and our current Youth Theatre members in devising their own pieces of theatre throughout the week, exploring script, storytelling, choreography and song in a fun and supportive environment.

Lambing Weekend

Inspired by the season of new beginnings, this Easter trail celebrates everything that is hatching, growing and blooming across the gardens. Children and families can follow a spring-themed trail and complete the activity as they explore the grounds, keeping an eye out for signs of new life along the way.
