Facing Cancer Together - Men's Wellbeing Workshop

The Nightingale are working with Look Good Feel Better to bring men in Enfield with cancer a FREE new workshop to benefit their physical and mental health.  The Facing Cancer Together workshop provides expert advice on skincare during and post cancer treatment focusing on five key topics: 🪒 Shaving techniques 🧴 Skin fitness 🙋‍♂️ Body confidence 💪 Safe exercising 🍏 Healthy eating habits This is a great way for men to meet other men on similar cancer journeys, to share experiences and to gain confidence and feel like themselves again. Everybody receives skincare and grooming products to try out during the workshop and take home with them.
